Welcome to The Ranch at Timber Creek. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, booking services, and participation in our on-site experiences. By reserving a stay, submitting a form, or engaging with our content, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Booking & Payment

Reservations

All bookings are processed through our online platform powered by GoHighLevel. A booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from us.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $1,500 is required to secure your reservation. Full payment is due 30 days before arrival, unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 30 days before your scheduled stay will not result in a refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of your reservation will result in forfeiture of all payments. We recommend travel insurance for added protection.

2. Guest Responsibilities

Safety & Conduct

Guests agree to follow all safety protocols and instructions given by ranch staff. Participation in ranch activities, including horseback riding, cattle work, and outdoor recreation, is voluntary and done at your own risk.

Liability Waiver

All guests are required to complete and sign a Liability Waiver prior to participating in ranch activities. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your participation without refund.

Property Care

Guests are expected to respect the property, animals, equipment, and other guests. Any damage caused may result in additional charges.

3. Children & Families

Children are welcome at Timber Creek. However, certain activities may have age requirements (typically 7+ for horseback riding). Children must be supervised at all times.

4. Dietary & Health Needs

We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. You must inform us of any dietary or medical concerns at least 2 weeks before your arrival. We cannot guarantee allergy-free meals but will take reasonable precautions.

5. Weather, Wildlife & Unforeseen Events

Our ranch operates rain or shine. In rare cases, extreme weather or emergencies may cause delays or limited activity access. We reserve the right to adjust programming for safety. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related interruptions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, logos, branding, and text—is the property of The Ranch at Timber Creek and may not be used without written permission.

7. Privacy

Any personal information you share with us will be used solely for communication, booking, and experience-related purposes. We will not share or sell your information to third parties without your consent.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our site and services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
